Cancellation Policy
At Wheely Clean Mobile Detailing, we kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or added to your next service. This helps us manage our schedule and continue providing quality service to all customers.

Weather Delays
Because we are a fully mobile service, certain weather conditions (such as heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or high winds) may impact our ability to perform services safely and effectively. In these cases, Wheely Clean reserves the right to reschedule appointments. We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to rebook at the soonest available time.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and make it right.
